Peter Fairweather Pen and Ink Workshop

In October, the club organized a workshop tutored by Peter Fairweather, who brought resources for members to learn how he worked with ink.

Starting with pens made from bamboo, members used dipping ink to make their drawings.

Then moving on to acrylic inks, members made drawings of a range of fruit. Thereafter the class used the skills they had learned to draw a subject.

Peter is an experienced teacher and was patient in guiding members through the class.
